Forless owns the platform, software, tools, and branding. Forless retains all rights to its platform, tools, and branding.

All rights related to the Forless platform — including but not limited to software, code, design systems, features, branding, logos, and overall platform structure — are owned by Forless.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without permission.

You are fully responsible for:

• Your website content
• Your products and services
• Your business activities
• Compliance with all applicable laws

Forless does not review or approve content before it is published.

You may not use Forless for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal products or services (including drugs)
• Adult or explicit content
• Alcohol, tobacco, or restricted goods (where prohibited by law)
• Gambling or betting services without proper authorization
• Weapons or dangerous materials
• Fraud, scams, or misleading content
• Hate speech, harassment, or violence

To protect the platform and users, Forless may:

• Remove any content or website
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access to services

This may happen at any time, with or without notice, if a risk or violation is detected.

Forless does not process or store payments.

All transactions are handled through third-party providers such as Stripe or others selected by the user.

You are solely responsible for your payment setup and compliance.

If you experience any issue, please contact Forless support first.

We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Forless is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected
• There is risk to the platform or other users

Forless plans may include usage limits (such as products, orders, storage, or features).

We may:

• Update pricing
• Adjust limits
• Introduce new features or plans

Price Protection

If pricing changes, we will notify you in advance.

New pricing will only apply to your next billing cycle. You will never be charged more for a period you have already paid for.

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable service.

However, Forless is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Forless is a platform provider only.

We are not responsible for:

• Business performance or outcomes
• Financial losses
• Legal issues arising from user activities

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Forless operates.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
